Rudy’s Pizzeria has gathered somewhat of a cult following in Liverpool, with two restaurants already on Bold Street and Castle Street. Now, a third will open on Albert Dock where The Leather Satchel Company used to be.
The new restaurant brings more fresh Neapolitan pizza to the city. So why is it so good? The dough is made using Caputo 00 flour which gives is a light, crispy texture on the outside and a lovely, fluffy crust.
Amazingly, the dough is only cooked in the pizza oven for around 60 seconds. So you don’t have to wait long at all for a piping hot, Neapolitan pizza, which is great because when we’re hungry we’re hungry.
Ingredients like mozzarella and tomatoes are imported from Naples, making the toppings just as mouthwatering as the base.
