
Well, 2024 is well and truly underway and we’re looking forward to a fun-filled month, with plenty of things to do this February in Liverpool. From nightclubs to indoor playgrounds and some exciting new openings, we’re looking forward to the month ahead in the city!
1. Visit this record store and live music venue
The Jacaranda is a legendary music venue and record store, nad it has two branches in Liverpool. You can either make your way to the heart of the Baltic Triangle to explore Jacaranda Baltic, or head to the late-night bar, live music space and record store on Slater Street. The flagship store has events every day of the week, with most starting between 6pm and 7pm. On Fridays and Saturdays, visitors can enjoy late-night gigs starting at midnight, with indie rock and rock and roll.
2. Indulge in the soufflé pancakes at Fluffy Fluffy
We can safely say we’re pretty excited about some of the decadent treats at the dessert cafe, Fluffy Fluffy! Doors open from 12 pm and you can monitor updates on Fluffy Fluffy’s newest specials here.
3. Attend the Primary School Bangers Bottomless Brunch
Cheers Big Ears is hosting a Primary School Bangers Bottomless Brunch, bringing out your inner child with assembly classics to 90s pop anthems. Visitors will get an hour of bottomless drinks to get things started, with entertainment for three hours straight and a delicious brunch meal. So, go back to the days of school discos and have a blast on Saturday, February 22 between 12pm and 3pm. You can book your tickets on Fever.
4. Let loose at Jump Inc.

Jump Inc. is a colossal indoor playground in Liverpool’s Hunt’s Cross Shopping Centre, with 30 interconnected trampolines. There’s a ninja assault course, a robot goalkeeper and even laser tag. For the “ultimate family activity“, look no further than Jump Inc.
5. Enjoy a special Candlelight concert
Candlelight Concerts are always spectacular but this February you have to opportunity to experience some extra special performances, including a Valentine’s Day-themed concert on February 14 and the Best of Bridgerton on Strings at St. George’s Hall on February 16. From timeless love songs to beloved covers from the famous Netflix show, discover these enchanting shows and more.
6. Discover Jazz Saturdays at Ma Boyle’s

Every Saturday you can enjoy music from fantastic jazz musicians at the lovely Ma Boyle’s and it’s completely free. Jazz Saturdays returned on January 18, and they’re already back in full swing. You can enjoy music from 8 pm in the cosy, central pub and you can see who’s playing and book a table here!
7. Attend a unique Spanish dance show
One of the most prominent pillars of Andalusian culture is coming to Liverpool on February 1, bringing a spectacular flamenco show to the iconic St George’s Hall. The four-act flamenco show is surrounded by flowers and performed by skilled artists. From a fandango and guitar solo to the bulería and tangos, this captivating show will leave you lusting for a trip to the South of Spain. You can book your tickets on Fever.
8. Explore Chinatown and celebrate Lunar New Year

It’s officially the year of the dragon, so why not take the Lunar New Year as an excuse to explore Chinatown? After all, it is the oldest Chinatown in Europe. Plus, the main celebration to mark the start of the Year of the Wood Snake takes place on February 2 this year.

9. Dine aboard this refurbished historic ship

Daffodil Liverpool has opened its doors at the end of 2024, boasting a trendy and unique dining and bar space above water. Located within the former Royal Daffodil Mersey Ferry, the spot offers a modern British cuisine from fresh, seasonal produce and plenty of cocktails to choose from. Plus, guests can enjoy brunch during weekend and soon afternoon tea!
10. Make “Pour Decisions” at this tequila-themed dinner

Over February and March Gaucho is launching a special dinner offer in partnership with Patrón. Guests will get three courses paired with tequila cocktails for £80 per person. To start, guests will dig into a Sea Bream Tortilla, while the main event is Tira de Ancho with Gaucho’s signature spiral-cut steak accompanied by tequila pico de Gallo. And for dessert, guests can try Margarita Tres Leche, which is a special twist for Gaucho’s most popular treat.
