Now that’s what we call a scenic music festival! On The Waterfront Festival is returning for another year this June, inviting music lovers to marvel at the views while dancing to world-famous tunes. Festival organisers announced have some exciting acts performing, including Snow Patrol, with more acts announced yesterday (January 29).
On The Waterfront Festival is taking place at Pier Head in Liverpool between June 18 and 21 this year, between 4pm and 11pm, so festival-goers can be in bed at a reasonable time. The last entry will be at 8pm, with an age restriction of 16 and over.

As Snow Patrol is officially completing the Sunday line-up, guests can expect “anthems that have defined a generation”, including the timeless classic ‘Chasing Cars’, crowned the most played song of the 21st century.
Further headliners are now on the cards, with Paul Weller, hometown heroes Red Rum Club, and a special 10 Years of Cream Classical.
The legendary Paul Weller takes centre stage on Thursday, June 18, with hits like The Jam and The Style Council, while Red Rum Club are the Friday headliner. Saturday, June 20, is for Cream Classical, getting everyone dancing on their feet with their famous dance music sets.
Moreover, further line-up includes Liverpudlian indie-rockers Circa Waves, alongside English American dream pop trio Sunday (1994).
Newest acts added
Our very own Miles Kane leads yesterday’s announcement with a homecoming act on June 18, alongside rising stars Manchester band Arkayla.
Moreover, Cream Classical is returning to Liverpool’s waterfront to celebrate its 10th Anniversary on June 20, uniting the Kaleidoscope Orchestra and Sense of Sound singers. And to mark this special occasion, they are bringing dance music’s most iconic vocalists with Alison Limerick, Robin S, Julie McKnight and Saffron (N-Joi) and Bobbi Depasois (K-Klass) to perform live with the orchestra.
