As the new ‘Peaky Blinders’ movie is here and premiered on March 3, many of us are rewatching the iconic period crime series just in time for its release. As Liverpool has quite a few filming locations for the new Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man, we have put them into one place for you to explore.
St George’s Hall

St George’s Hall is one of the most iconic filming locations in Liverpool, having served as the backdrop to films like ‘The Batman’, ‘Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them’ and more. It was no surprise that it was chosen as one of the Liverpool filming locations for the new Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man, with its impressive architecture.
St George’s Quarter

Unsurprisingly, Set George’s Quarter is also on the list, boasting stunning Victorian design and cobbled streets, including the Walker Art Gallery, the World Museum, and the Liverpool Central Library.
National Waterways Museum, Ellesmere Port

The National Waterways Museum at Ellesmere Port is a historic dock complex on the Shropshire Union Canal, being one of the best preserved in the UK. Naturally, this proved to be the perfect filming location for the new Peaky Blinders movie, complete with Victorian warehouses, narrowboat docks and plenty of authentic industrial buildings.
Former Pilkington Watson Street Works, St Helens

The former Pilkington Brothers Ltd Watson Street Glass Works in St Helens is home to a historic glassworks site, perfect for industrial scenes in the film. However, the site is set to be redeveloped into around 764 new homes, as well as 150,000 sq ft of commercial space, and some retail and leisure space. So, looks like the filming location is not going to be available for much longer, so don’t snooze to visit!
