Lewis Capaldi is not skipping Liverpool after all – the singer-songwriter has been announced as the headliner for the In The Park festival in Liverpool. The music festival is making a welcome return to Sefon Park in the city, with the welcome announcement of the global superstar returning to the city.
Lewis Capaldi went on tour in arenas across the UK and Ireland, missing Liverpool in September, following the release of his new single Survive and making a surprise return to Glastonbury Festival this year. However, all hope is not lost for Liverpool – fans will be able to rejoice in his music on Saturday, August 15, 2026, in Sefton Park at In The Park festival.

The huge outdoor show is set to be the “biggest-ever” Capaldi has ever done. Guests can not only expect a night of uplifting splendour, but also a fun festival vibe with street food and drinks throughout, such as crepes, curries, gourmet burgers, pizzas, chips, wraps, hotdogs, Burritos, ice creams and more.
