Pancakes + panoramic views = a perfect combo.

We are finally being reunited with our favourite bars, cafés and restaurants once again and it feels so good. But for one coffee shop in Liverpool there is even more goodness to come. Moose Coffee, who already have three branches in the Liverpool area, will be expanding in the city and this location has some pretty special features.

Based on the ground floor of Plaza 1821, a new development coming to Princes Dock that features luxury rented apartments, the café will not only offer you a good cup of coffee but also panoramic views of the city’s waterfront too. Open to both the public and residents, the new café will be fitted out in Moose Coffee’s signature style (it’s not Moose Coffee without those moose antlers), offering a range of American and Canadian inspired breakfast dishes throughout the day.

The 70-seater café, which is open from July 8, aims to complement their already existing branches in Liverpool, Crosby, Leeds and Manchester. The new partnership will also see exciting new training programmes developed between Moose Coffee and The Learning Foundry, a subsidiary of The Regenda Group, offering education and employment opportunities to local young people.

Moose Coffee’s announced the new branch on their Instagram saying: “It’s official! A little bit of light in these dark times, we are absolutely thrilled to announce the opening of our new store in partnership with The Regenda Group at Plaza 1821, Liverpool! We are really looking forward to seeing this part of the docks transform over the coming years… ⠀

“We are also delighted to launch our educational partnership with @thelearningfoundry too, which will offer a programme of on-site accredited training to young people from across Merseyside. More to come on this soon, we can’t wait!”

And neither can we! All the more reason to head out to get our fix of pancakes and maple syrup, although we need no excuse. The Moose Coffee Princes Dock branch will be open Monday to Sunday, 9am- 5pm, and they also have some exciting plans for their Crosby site, so stay tuned!
