After a period of more unsettled temperatures and high winds, Liverpool is meant to get some much warmer weather this week, becoming one of the hottest weeks of the year so far. So, let’s prepare to spend some time outside, grab a well-deserved pint at the beer garden and spend some quality time with our pals, because it’s going to get up to 18 degrees on Wednesday, March 18. And yes, it will be hotter than Rome, as the Italian capital will only see 13 degree highs on Wednesday!
According to the Met Office forecast, Tuesday, March 17 is meant to reach up to 17 degrees with lows of 6, saying it will be sunny (YESS).
As for Wednesday (March 18), the news is also great, with highs of 18 degrees and glorious sunshine once more. Thursday (March 19) will see highs of 16 degrees and lows of 6, while Friday, March 20 will see temperatures go back down to 13 degrees, while the weekend 12 degrees respectively.
Speaking of Tuesday, The Met Office stated: “A largely cloudy and rather windy day and whilst most places will remain dry, a little light drizzly rain is possible, mainly across Cumbria. Occasional brighter intervals breaking through. Warmer. Maximum temperature 14 °C.”
As for Wednesday to Friday, the weather forecast for Liverpool said: “A fine and settled spell of weather. Early fog patches clearing on Wednesday, then warm sunny periods. Patchy drizzle in Cumbria. Probably turning somewhat cloudier and cooler thereafter. Chilly nights.”
So, it’s set to be glorious sunshine here in Liverpool, so you’d better make some outdoor plans and book in advance!
