The art of a skilled swing, the rocketing blur of a ball soaring through the sky, the final plonk when it sinks into a hole…you can enjoy all of this at LIV Golf UK by JCB, which is set to return to the emerald expanse of JCB Golf & Country Club in Rocester, Staffordshire in July next year. The global league is not just a golf event with a star-studded lineup of players, but also treats attendees to a festival-style weekend of live music, fan challenges and a tempting array of food and drink.

What exactly is LIV Golf?
This is golf, just not exactly as you know it. The LIV Golf League is a fresh spin on the classic format of professional golf, inviting fans to experience a different version of the game they know and love, with 54 players, 13 teams and 2 titles up for grabs.
Each season has 14 events, taking place in different venues around the world, with the teams and players competing for the Individual Championship and Team Championship. Every event unfolds over three days, with no cuts, so every player will be there from the shogun start until the final, climactic putt. Those with the lowest scores will earn their place on the podium.
You’ll be able to witness the talents of world-class players such as Bryson DeChambeau, Tyrell Hatton, Richard Bland, Ian Poulter, Sam Horsfield and Jon Rahm as they face off in this fast-paced tournament.
What else can you expect at LIV Golf UK by JCB?
Golf might be the star of the show here but there’s plenty of other things to do, with a dedicated fan village where you can get stuck into interactive activities such as golf simulators, putting challenges and giant board games – ideal for those of you who like to unleash your competitive side.
Be sure to bring along the kids too, as there are a variety of child-friendly experiences and they might even be in with a chance to meet their golfing heroes, especially if you swing by the designated kids zone where players will sign autographs for fans.
If you’re partial to live music and dancing the day away you can head over to a concert pit where top artists will take to the stage. Next year’s headlining act might still be under wraps, but with the likes of house artist Kygo delivering an electrifying set at the UK event this year, you can expect good things.
Of course, you’ll need something to fuel your day and you’ll be happy to know you can dig into some hearty food, washed down with a refreshing choice of drink such as beer, wine or craft cocktails from the on-site bar and gastropub. Whether you’re new to the sport and after a complete immersion in the golfing world, are looking to entertain the family, or just fancy a bite to eat, you’ll be able to find what you’re looking for at LIV Golf.
What tickets are available now?
You can now get your Early Bird weekend tickets with the option of a Grounds Pass or Club 54. The Grounds ticket puts you in the heart of the action, with the chance to walk alongside the players and see every swing, putt and drive up close – you’ll also be immersed in the celebratory buzz of the Party Hole. If you fancy elevating your experience even more you can go for the Club 54 3-day pass, which treats you to a five-star experience with handcrafted cocktails, front row views on plush seating and a multi-course gourmet meal.
Where will it take place?
Located around an hour and 45-minutes drive from Liverpool – depending on traffic – LIV Golf UK by JCB 2026 will land at JCB Golf and Country Club, in Rocester, Uttoxeter, ST14 5HY, next July. No car? The closest train station is Uttoxeter, which is just over a three-hour journey from central Liverpool, and keep in mind you’ll need to grab a taxi from the station to the venue.
