This New Fine Dining Restaurant Serving Wagyu Beef And Lobster Has Opened On Liverpool’s Hope Street

Hope Street, one of Liverpool’s popular culinary roads, is welcoming a brand new face on the block and guests certainly won’t be leaving the establishment hungry. Joining the likes of The London Carriage Works, Papillon and Frederiks on Hope Street is Elite 60, a restaurant serving a new take on fine international cuisine that’s both pleasing to the eye and stomach.

Set in an iconic building, Elite 60 is a concept created by renowned chef Bayram Yuce who will be bringing a unique approach with beautifully presented dishes and key ingredients including wagyu beef, lobster, quail and a selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. The À La Carte menu will be made up of exquisite dishes created with the finest ingredients, focusing on the highest quality seafood, the best cuts of meat and seasonal vegetables to celebrate each and every ingredient.

The restaurant has been lovingly restored with emerald green and gold hues dominating the main dining room on the ground floor. With 44 covers available in the restaurant Elite 60 brings intimate vibes to its guests, as well as an exclusive private dining room upstairs.

Downstairs, you’ll find an upmarket cocktail bar serving a range of expertly crafted cocktails including classics such as Pornstar Martini, Negroni, Cosmopolitan and Mojito, as well as an array of cocktails featuring the likes of whisky, gin, rum, vodka, tequila, and brandy. Chef Yuce of Elite 60 also manages a number of meathouses such as Kassap, a Turkish style steakhouse and wine bar on Bold Street, plus steakhouses Macello Meathouse in Childwall and West Derby.

Bayram Yuce said: “Elite 60 is a new and exciting concept that will take our guests on a culinary journey. Showcasing the very best produce, and cooking them with love and attention, we’ll be presenting them perfectly to ensure we deliver the highest quality dishes.

“We’ll be creating a very welcoming yet luxurious ambiance that’s complete with our cocktail bar downstairs. We’re very excited to welcome everyone during the festive season and beyond to experience our  fine international cuisine set in what is a truly iconic building.”

Bookings are available from December 16, and Elite 60 is open from Tuesday to Sunday 3pm-11pm for the restaurant and 3pm-12am for the cocktail bar. You can book your table here.
