Select from six different categories to create your own perfect brunch.
Weekend brunches are back and we’ve welcomed them a warm, welcoming embrace, plus Liverpudlians can now choose from an array of options to build their own unique brunch without heading into the kitchen. How do you like your eggs in the morning? Well, at The Florist that is just one of the many questions you will be asked in order to create your perfect brunch board.
The floral-themed bar known for its hanging kebabs and and beautiful cocktails has re-launched possibly the UK’s biggest brunch menu with over 700 unique menu food combinations. The possibilities with these brunch boards are almost endless, as you could visit The Florist every day for two years and never order the same breakfast board.
Bringing together some of the best breakfast items, such as Turkish Shakshuka, French patisserie, the great British fry up and Southern California’s smoothie bowls, the menu is made up of 18 breakfast items, split across six categories – making building your best brunch a piece of cake toast.
Each board costs just £15 and starts with selecting a choice of eggs – Turkish, fried or scrambled tofu – and a hearty bowl – from bacon and sausage, vegan smoked sausage, smoked trout and salmon pâté. Next up, guests can pick a fruit or grain bowl such as passion fruit and coconut chia yoghurt pot or papaya and buckwheat granola with cherry yoghurt, as well as something from the bakery – toast, croissant or jalapeño cornbread.
To complete your unique brunch board, you’ll have to decide between a number of sweet treats such as dark chocolate and peanut butter pot, Nutella French toast or carrot cake overnight oats. Last but not least, select one of The Florist’s freshly blended juices.
And if that’s not enough you can add an extra dish for £3, as well as upgrade your brunch board to a bottomless brunch by sipping on bottomless spritz, Prosecco or beer for an extra £15 per person. So, whether you fancy a weekend meal full of indulgence, something to remedy that hangover or want to have a brief pause from smashed avocado on toast, The Florist has got you covered.
