Two of Liverpool’s rooftop bars have been named amongst the best in the world, with Five coming in at number 23 and Liberte following at number 24. So, what makes these two scouse spots some of the best rooftop bars in the world?
Five
Five sits atop the Seel Street Hotel by EPIC on the fifth floor, offering breathtaking views of the city. It’s a place where you can just walk in and relax with one of their delicious cocktails on incredibly comfy seating overlooking the Liverpool.
The ranking by Mandoe Media notes that this perfect summer spot has relatively few Instagram shares compared most of the other places on the list, but that customer satisfaction came out at 82.14%. So, you’re likely to have a great time without tripping over influencers which is always great in our book.
Liberte
At 50 Brunswick Street you’ll find the gorgeous rooftop bar, Liberte. It overlooks the waterfront so it’s the perfect place to snap some photos and sip some bubbles.
The customer satisfaction rating isn’t quite as high as Five’s at 69%, which puts Liberte slightly lower in the ratings that Five. However, the average cost of a bottle of wine is £19.62, which makes it cheaper that Five where it’s £21.64.
Whichever of these great rooftop bars you choose to visit you’re bound to be impressed by the views and the drinks. Plus, with the upcoming heatwave we could see temperatures of 30°C this Friday, which definitely calls for a visit to a rooftop bar!
